Fortex features an extremely robust body with completely smooth, boltless inner walls – ideal for effective sealing and quick cleaning. The deeply lowered rear wall maximizes the loading volume and automatically locks on both sides with a secure locking system after closing.

Two or three hard-chromed push cylinders are mounted space-efficiently at the front of the trailer and ensure optimal power distribution. The directed movement of the sliding floor and push-off plate runs on wear-resistant plastic guides – ensuring reliable operation and low maintenance, even under the toughest working conditions.

For added flexibility and safety, a hydraulically foldable front wall and side-foldable body extensions make loading easier and improve the user experience.

The entire frame and body are cathodically dip-coated and powder-coated – for maximum corrosion protection, long service life, and a consistently appealing appearance. Fortex remains reliable, visually impressive, and value-retaining – even after years of intensive use.

The Fortex series includes several models that offer an outstanding balance of technical features, performance, and versatile usability:

Fortex 2000 – compact and agile with tandem axle, permissible total weight from 20,500 to 21,000 kg, and loading volume from 20 to 30 m³.
Fortex 2300 / 2400 – ideal choice for medium and large operations, with tandem axle, permissible total weight from 20,500 to 24,000 kg, and loading volume up to 44 m³.
Fortex 3400 – high-performance model with tridem axle, total weight of 34 tonnes, and volume of 43 or 49 m³ – perfect for the most demanding transport tasks.

The closed frame made of double C-pressed profiles offers maximum torsional stiffness and exceptional bending resistance. It is manufactured with the highest precision on modern, robot-controlled welding lines.
Both tandem and tridem chassis come with inner and outer reinforcements and are bolted multiple times – ensuring maximum load capacity and safety under the harshest conditions.
